The 29th Annual Return To Renton Car Show benefits Renton area youth programs. The show is on July 7th, 2019 and is held in downtown Renton along S 3rd St. This is a family friendly event with cars, food trucks, and activities for kids. The show is open to spectators from 10 am to approximately 4 pm.
We expect to have over 500 vehicles of all types from classics to drags to low riders to motorcycles to trucks to boats.
We are planning a bunch of kids activities. If you have specific recommendations or would like to host an activity please send us an email.
Where Is The Show Entrance?
Day-of registration is available by coming North on Morris Ave S from S 4th St. Hours are 8 am to 9:30 am. Please bring $30 cash to enter the show day-of.
Pre-Registered Express Lane by turning South on Morris Ave S from S 2nd St. Hours are 7:30 am to 9:30 am. The first 30 minutes are exclusive to pre-registered vehicles and then we will start alternating lines to manage congestion on the streets around the show. Unregistered vehicles in the Express Lane will be routed to the end of the Day-of Registration line. All you need is the name on the registration to enter.
VIP Vehicles enter by heading North on Burnett Ave S and entering at S 4th St. Non-VIP vehicles will be turned away at this entrance. All you need is the name on the registration to enter.
Vehicle numbers will be provided on your show ticket when you check in at your entrance.
I’m Pre-Registered, What Do I Need To Check In?
All you need is the name on the ticket or the order number so that we can find you on our list.
- Before 6:30 – Vehicles parked on city streets and leased parking lots prior to the show opening will be towed
- 6:30 am to 7:30 am – Show, Vendor, and Sponsor setup
- 7:30 am -9:30 am – Pre-registration entrance is open
- 8:00 am to ~9:30 am – Day of show registration is open
- 10 am to 4 pm – Show is open to the public, all vehicles must remain parked at all times. No early outs for spectator safety.
- 3 pm to 3:45 pm – Trophy ceremony
- 4 pm – Vehicles may depart following the trophy ceremony
There are several food trucks and snack vendors on site so you can get lunch or snacks. The businesses in downtown Renton are also be open during the show.
Swag bags are provided to the first 500 or so vehicles that register for the show. These include a dash plaque, show program, and various other items. Free shirts are included with pre-registration through July 2nd. Additional t-shirts can be purchased at the show.
